1. The Network Community:  By far the greatest asset of the Network is the members themselves. The Network offers the unique opportunity to connect with partners and peers at Network events such as the Annual Symposium, regular conferences, the quarterly speaker series, our bi-monthly sustainable business tours, networking events, via affinity groups, and through many avenues for online collaboration. 2. Directory of Leading Businesses and Organizations: Members are always asking us for information about leading businesses, non-profits, community-based organizations, and government groups with whom they can collaborate.  There are two ways to learn more about these leaders:

• Provider Directory* – Our directory lists all the Network members, provides information on leading organizations, individuals, and businesses in the DC region, and provides a URL so you can visit their website for more information. *
•  Map of Sustainable Businesses* – Hungry for dishes made from the highest quality organic produce and free-range meats all provided by local farmers? Looking for a place to buy sustainably-designed and hip clothes?  Wondering where you can find a non-profit that could use some help in your neck of the woods? Then look no further!  Our map of sustainable businesses provides an easy-to read visual reference for where to find sustainable businesses and community organizations.
•  Find a Consultant* – Whether your organization is looking for help with strategic planning, organizational development, communications, marketing, or assistance with stakeholder engagement, our database of top consultants can help you find the best way to help your organization succeed.   MO

3. Visibility: Our visitors are your potential clients!  We aim to drive site traffic straight to our members. Through our online Service Provider, Sustainable Business Map, or Find a Consultant or Service Provider directory, organizations seeking technical assistance can find your services at their fingertips.  Your business or organization’s URL will be featured on our site, in which you may include a logo or photo, contact information and promotional text regarding your business/organization.

• Market Your Products and Services: The Network will feature your business and community organization on our website.    MO
• Events Calendar:  Only Network members are able to post an unlimited number of events in our online Events Calendar for free.   MO

4. Discounts:  Members can realize savings in a number of ways, including:

Case Studies Online, Newsletter, Surveys, Legislative Update and Other Resources: The Case Studies Online is an ever-growing collection of case studies focused on how to “do well by doing good.” Network members also receive our quarterly e-newsletter. Packed with information you can use, this is a newsletter you'll look forward to reading!  In addition, the member’s area of the Network website includes a wealth of documents in capacity building, book reviews, members in the news, and more! 

• Sustainable Solutions:The Network's monthly e-mail bulletin goes to all those on our mailing list. Network members receive priority placment of announcements in the newsletter, as well as a legislative update !  (Only members receive legislative updates).
• Case Studies*: Our case studies highlight the win-win opportunities companies and communities realize from CSR.  MO
• Win-win Solutions: Network members can profile their success stories in our quarterly publication, Win-win Solutions for Businesses and Communities.
